Patti's Last Resort is located on this serene landscape in Acton, Texas. Our Retreat Center opened March 21, 2014.

The Retreat Center for Women will comfortably sleep up to 12 people, in three bedrooms with a bath in each room.

One bedroom has a handicap accessible bath.

We have a concrete driveway and parking and a covered drop off area. Each retreater will have ample space to sew or craft. There are several design walls, a cutting station and 2 pressing stations. A full kitchen is available with everything you need to prepare meals. If you chose not to cook, there is a list of several places close by to get fast food or a sit-down dinner. A nature center is within walking distance in case you need a break from crafting.

RATES

We have a flat rate per night. The amount you pay depends on how many people attend your retreat. The nightly rate is $420.00 +tax per night with a two-night minimum. You may also choose an early check-in the night before your retreat for $105.00+tax. Early check-in is at 6pm. The nightly rate of $420.00 is to rent the entire 3 bedroom - 3 bath house. This rate is not per person. Our maximum number of retreater's is 12. The full payment for the group must be in one transaction paid upon arrival. We prefer cash and/or checks or one credit card (a 3% surcharge will be added to credit card payments).

Non-refundable Deposit of $150.00+tax required at time of registration. If deposit payment is to be mailed, your retreat will not be booked until
we receive payment. Remainder of balance to be paid upon arrival. In the event your schedule changes, we require a two week notice
and your deposit will be applied to a future date within a year subject to availability.

By reserving your resort stay, you agree to take full responsibility for all your guests and that all guests agree to abide by
Patti’s Last Resort policies, rules and conditions.
Please note - there is no smoking or vaping inside our facility. Please use the front covered area for smoking or vaping so as not to disturb other retreaters.
We also respectfully ask that no glitter be used at our facility. Glitter sticks to everything and we are unable to effectively remove it.
Patti's Last Resort is not responsible for accidents.

Welcome to Patti's Last Resort

Drive your car right up to the door and use the rolling carts to make
unloading and loading your belongings easier.
One level, no steps, and wide doorways make it a breeze to get started on your fun retreat faster.

The Creative Area has room for 12 people to each have their own 5' table, a rolling chair, and aisles are wide enough to use the provided side table.
Two pressing stations, irons to use and a cutting station with a rotary cutting board.
Several large design walls to "show off" your works in progress.

A separate eating area away from your creative space is always nice.
This is also a great place to play a game or two of Left, Right, Center!

Bedroom 1 has 4 twin beds, large closet, a ceiling fan, night stands with reading lights and the bath has a large shower.

Bedroom 2 has 4 twin beds, 2 ceiling fans with lights, nightstands with lamps,

reading chair with floor lamp and table and a large closet. Bath has a tub/shower unit.

Bathroom in room 2 has a tub / shower unit.

Bedroom 3 is the same as Bedroom 2 with the exception of the Bath which is handicap accessible.

Bath in room 3 has accomodations for people with a walker or a wheelchair.

RESORT INFORMATION

Patti’s Last Resort is a Retreat to come together with others to sew, scrapbook, make jewelry or a creative craft. It was built in 2014. Our goal is to make your stay fun and relaxing while providing a clean, comfortable environment.

· Sleeps 12 - in 3 bedrooms with 4 twin beds in each room and a Bath in each room. One bathroom is ADA compliant with a shower; one has a shower only; and one has a shower/tub combo. Each room has ceiling fans. All linens are provided. A Hair dryer is provided in each room as well as soap and shampoo.

· Kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, an Under Cabinet Ice maker, Keurig and a small Instant Pot. Cookware, Corell Dinnerware and utensils are provided for cooking your own meals. Coffee and tea are provided. We do not provide paper goods, flatware, plastic wrap or aluminum foil. There are several fast food and sit down restaurants as well as grocery stores in the area, or stay inside and have pizza delivered!

· Large open area with 12 sturdy tables and 12 rolling chairs. Plenty of outlets for each guest with good lighting and ceiling fans. Design walls, Pressing and Cutting stations.·

· Free wireless Internet access. Designated Smoking areas outside. No pets. No children under 18. Located near historic Granbury Square; Granbury Opera House; Revolver Brewing Company and Lake Granbury recreational areas.

Spacious screened in patio overlooking wooded area. Within walking distance of the donut shop, convenience store and the Acton Nature Center. Concrete driveway and covered unloading area with plenty of paved parking space. An additional space has been added with 2 cutting tables, 2 ironing stations, additional design walls, a TV lounge area and a small shopping area.
